Yes, it really is. All the conditions aligned just right to give us a spectacular sunset.
As I sit here looking toward St. Louis Heights from my apt overlooking the Ala Wai, I can't figure how you got the sun to set toward the northeast!
Where was the camera located?
WaikikiRay, despite my pleas to position itself better, the sun sets where it always sets in the west. The view looks strange because I'm behind St Louis Heights looking up from the back of Palolo Valley. In fact, I'm probably looking straight into your apartment window as I took that photo, just from two and half miles away.
