From left to right you're seeing Kailua Bay, Waimanalo, Mānana (Rabbit) Island, the lower end of the Ko`olau range, Kohelepelepe (Koko Head), the backside of Hanauma Bay and then Maunaloa Bay as viewed from the Kuli`ou`ou Ridge Trail this morning.

What does this have to do with food? Yeah... nothing. Stunning view though, eh?
